Steve is a Sports Therapist and a member of the Society of Sports Therapists (MSST) and the International Council of Health, Fitness and Sports Therapists (MHFST). Steve has been working with injured sports people since June 2005 when he started work with Tavistock RFC U14’s as their therapist and strength and conditioning coach. During the season he spent time in the USA working with Marquette University Golden Eagles men’s and women’s soccer teams, along with massage placements with Plymouth Argyle FC and Plymouth Albion RFC senior squads. He also spent a week with Hereford United, working with their physio during their Conference play off winning season. The following season Steve started work with Tavistock RFC 1st XV and the U15’s, Callington Town FC and Devon FA as a Sports Therapist. This all lead on to joining Plymouth Rugby League, and into the current season where Steve is the Club Spotrs Therapist at Tavistock RFC. Steve also Works with Plymouth Argyle Ladies, Launceston FC, and Plymouth Argyle Girls Centre of Excellence as a Sports Therapist. He spends his spare time Kickboxing and working with numerous personal training clients and private injury clients. Steve also holds his FA and RFU level 1 coaching awards.
