ABOUT THE TEAM

Plymouth Argyle Ladies First Team is the pinnacle for female players within the whole club. The team currently plays in the SW Combination Women's League, and have ambitions to play in the FA Women's Premier Leagues in the near future.

The vast majority of the club's current first team squad have taken the logical steps from Centre of Excellence, to Reserve Team football, to First Team honours over the past few seasons - highlighting the club's focus on coaching, mentoring and player development.

The experience for the players at this level contains everything that you would expect to see at a professional club with highly qualified coaches, physiotherapists and sport scientists employed to enable every player to the best they can be - and ultimately help the club to enjoy continued success.
