The Plymouth Argyle Ladies Reserve Team is one of the most important teams within the whole club.
It provides excellent opportunies for players from the Centre of Excellence to experience senior football, and enables them to learn about open age football before hopefully progressing onto the first team.
This has been evident in recent years with a very youthful look to the side, which is sometimes complemented with experienced players to further aid that important learning process.
This 2009/10 season will see a number of talented young players progress from the Centre of Excellence into the senior side, thus ensuring continuity in the quality teams that PALFC are able to field. The future does indeed look bright.
