The players train the same number of times per week as the other teams (twice) and also play in the SW fixture programme, however whilst training, a variety of methods will be used to develop a future footballing star.
Like the U12's team, much work will centre of ball familiarity and appreciation of space, but players in this squad will also experience much multi-skill work - designed to promote physical literacy. For example, perfecting running styles, jumping, turning, and hopping skills now, so that technical skills can be taught that much easier later on.
