A tough tackling and committed defender who -came home- for the start of the 2008/09 season after 4 seasons in women-s football at local rivals Newquay
.2009/ 2010 was a fantastic season for Chelsea which saw her pick up the clubs most improved player award. A string of excellent and consistent first team appearances saw her come on in leaps and bounds, but an unfortunate pre season injury has set her back a bit, but she is fast approaching a return to action.

Chelsea made a few first team appearances for Newquay, including fixtures in the FA Womens Premier League, and led their reserve team to the SW Regional League and Cup double during the 2007/08 season. It is expected that she will develop further in the environment on offer at Argyle, and therefore push hard for a regular place in the first team squad.
