Under 12's

The U12's squad also compete in an FA organised SW fixture programme; reguarly competing against sides such as Bristol Academy and the various County Centre of Excellence sides.

This squad play Mini Soccer, a scaled down version of the 11-a-side game which ensures all players get more touches on the ball, and have the freedom to express themselves in a variety of playing positions. This pays dividends later on in the Centre of Excellence coaching programme, evidenced by many of the older age group players looking extremely comfortable when in possession.

Therefore, much coaching at this level concerns ball familiarity, passing and control and appreciation of space. It seems to be working with some notable results during the 2007/08 season.
