Under 14's

Players in this age group experience 11-a-side football for the first time, after being given the opportunity to develop their technical abilities in small-sided games in the U10's and U12's.

For this reason, this age group represents a fairly big jump in the amount of tactical knowledge that a player will expect to take on board. Players will also begin to identify their best position, and will receive the best possible information on how to perform their role effectively.

Like all the other Centre of Excellence sides, the U14's regularly participate in an FA organised SW fixture programme, and have achieved some fantastic results against players of a similar ability during the 2007/08 season - highlighting the talent on display in the squad.
